Travellers on Thursday’s 12.35 Ryanair flight from Málaga to Barcelona have been complaining about the treatment they received. Diario Sur reports that many passengers have complained after they had to stay on board the plane for nearly two hours on the runway at Málaga because of a breakdown. They were not allowed to leave the plane despite the fact that the air conditioning was not working. Announcements only in English upset many Spaniards who could not understand.
